Your principal is never locked: principal and profits can be withdrawn at any time. Volume only decides the withdrawal fee.

Your team is everyone within three levels below you: your direct invites, their invites, and the invites of those. Only formal members who reach the minimum total deposit count. Signing up alone does not count.
